Redwing Construction was established by a group of highly experienced construction specialists. Our focus is on employing talented, committed and ambitious professionals who can help us to establish Redwing as the top regional contractor in the south east of England.

Directors

Steve Pope - managing director

Steve is 47 years old and has been in the industry since leaving college during which time he has worked for three national construction companies and an international fitting out contractor and has now operated at director level for over fifteen years.

In that time, Steve has been directly involved in four general contracting start ups and two specialist fitting out start ups in addition to having overall responsibility as operations director for a multi location national contractor.

We feel that Steve’s experience puts our company in a unique position to satisfy our clients equally on new build, fitting out and refurbishment projects.

Vince Callari—commercial director

Vince is 44 years old and has extensive experience as quantity surveyor on a wide variety of new build, fitting out and refurbishment contracts.

This is Vince’s first board position but he held a senior regional role for a number of years with a major international contractor and assumes responsibility for the overall commercial control of all of our projects in addition to responsibility for the development of our commercial team.

Alistair Sloan—chairman

Alistair is a 50 year old chartered accountant with extensive experience at director level within two national contractors.

Alistair spent ten years as finance director of a publicly quoted construction company and seven years as chief executive of a national contractor. In that time he was directly involved in twelve acquisitions and fifteen start ups.
